Application Requirements:
Puppies cannot be left on their own for any length of time in the first few weeks of going home. If you work on a full time basis, we suggest bringing your new puppy home when you have some extended time off or have someone to help with your new addition.
Enclosed, safe puppy proof areas are a must.
All MPP Puppies are to be desexed at an age appropriate time and under NO circumstances be used for breeding.
Wait list deposits are required to secure one of our puppies. These are non refundable but can be transferred to future litters.
Families must be available for a video call before Puppy placement.
Deposts are to be paid into the account below with your Name and requested Breed.

Manny Park greatly appreciate your interest in our beautiful puppies. As we are family owned and operated, we only have limited puppies available.

We greatly appreciate as much relevant information you can give to ensure the relationship between applicant and puppy result in a perfect match.

Manny Park Puppies can not guarantee every application will be successful.
Only applications confirmed with a $500 non-refundable holding deposit will be considered for on a waitlist. This can be transferred to any of our litters within a 12-month period.

Our Process

Prices and Traits are all listed in Breeds & Pricing under our Everything you need to know drop bar. Please familiarise yourself with this section before contacting to confirm both the nature & price of the breed. Please not all payments will incur 10% GST according to Australian tax law.

As we only breed limited litters per year and have many inquiries coming in each week only applications secured by the $500 deposit will be guaranteed a position on the waitlist.

The waitlist deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred up to 12 months. This will be deducted from the payment of your Puppy.

On Puppies arrival and you have been confirmed we have a puppy for you in the litter a $2000 acceptance payment is required, with the balance and any other requested services costs when puppies have completed their six week vet check and received their microchip and immunisation. Manny Park Puppies reserve the right to deny homing our puppies anywhere that we deem unsuitable.

We offer both national, and international transfers through Departure Pets.

We will contact Departure Pets and book all national flights on your behalf plus organise transfers from the Sunshine Coast to your closest capital city airport.

All International flights will be arranged between yourselves and Shane at DP International and he will liase with us with pick up instructions.

All flights will be invoiced directly to you by Departure Pets.

As International puppies cannot leave until 12 weeks of age puppies will be required to go into boarding and training for 4 weeks.

If Puppy has to adjust to apartment living we can provide training with Susan at Gem Dog Training at a daily cost of $150AUDper day. Susan has had over 30 years experience and is an amazing dog training and with the start they get at MPP and then the 4 weeks with Susan.

If they don't have to go through the 'apartment living' program, boarding will be $500 per week which is full board and basic age appropriate puppy training.

Our girls have a maximum of four litters and are then desexed and continue their happy lives with their guardian families.

Puppies can go home from 8 weeks of age. At that time, they are fully night crated and sleeping through the night.

We encourage families who live locally to visit their puppy weekly from 6 weeks to start bond building.

We will guide you through the selection process when you apply for a puppy to ensure the match is right between you and the Puppy.

We believe we have puppies to suit every family.

Yes. A $500 non refundable deposit is required on all applications. This can be

transferred over three litters.

We will contact you to confirm what puppies are coming up and we will go through suitability of breed for both you and puppy.

If possible, we welcome all our families to visit MP to see where our puppies start their life. For our interstate and international families, we do this via Facetime or WhatsApp.

We do not allow our puppies to go to any unapproved homes.

The definition of hypoallergenic is something “designed to reduce or minimize the possibility of an allergic response” so with this in mind we do all we can to achieve non to minimal shedding with the poodle mix but no one can guarantee a dog is 100% hypoallergenic.

On occasions, people are allergic to a dog's saliva and not the coat so we would have no control over that scenario. Our hybrid breeds will have either low or non-shed coats.

Puppies whose parents are back bred to a Bernese Mountain dog or golden retriever will have more shedding.

There are so many beautiful hybrids and over the years we have bred several of them. We’re now focusing on the three combinations we believe are the best for temperament and intelligence. The Bernedoodle, The Groodle and The Bordoodle.

She also kept us updated with photos of him growing 🥹 Chester arrived already crate trained. Margy kept him with her until he was almost 10 weeks old to make sure he was ready to go to a new family. What a beautiful experience our family had just encountered. My 11 yo daughter had been researching dog breeders this year and when we first chatted to Margy at Manny Park - we knew this was the place to start our next journey. We are now proud owners to a new family member, Mango, who is a Groodle. 13 weeks today. From Mango’s second week of ‘youth’, we were able to come to Margy and watch and cuddle the puppies. Then every two weeks, watched them grow. We met the Mum, we saw how beautifully the puppies start their new lives. As we live in Noosa Heads we were looking for a local breeder and were lucky enough to find Margy at Manny Park Puppies in the hinterland. All her puppies are raised in clean and immaculate conditions on a beautiful country property.

We named our little Bordoodle Leo and Margy kindly held on to him longer for us as we both came down with Covid just before we were due to take him home.

He has been home with us just over a month now and is such a sweet-natured, happy little boy. Margy crate trains all her puppies and he slept through the night until early morning right from the start. Toilet training was also excellent and we had very few accidents.

What we appreciated most with Margy was her professional yet caring attitude and an obvious passion for the breeding the very best healthy, happy little pups with excellent temperaments.

Her communication skills are outstanding and she freely offers help, advice and support for as long as you need.

We picked up our 8 week old Charlie on Sunday and he’s just perfect. Great temperament, confident, healthy, and gorgeous. In three days he’s not had one toilet accident, asks to go outside, and sleeps through the night in a crate next to my bed.
